Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which are believed to correspond to organs and parts of the body. The Art of Reflexology can be traced back to Ancient Egypt, India and China. However in 1913 an ear, nose and throat specialist called Dr William Fitzgerald found that certain reflex areas on the feet and hands were linked to other areas and organs of the body within the same linear zone. Eunice Ingham developed his work further which became known as reflexology.
A treatment session is usually 45 minutes to one hour long. The first session costs £45 and follow-on sessions £40. I also do 30 minute treatments using Vertical Reflex therapy techniques which cost £25.
